13 July 2007New Models Popular with FarmersEarthquip’s Rockhampton office is proving a popular destination with farmers and graziers from the central Queensland area. Good used equipment has always been the Earthquip’s strength, but the new models from McCormick and Daedong are increasingly well accepted, and of late have been walking out the door. “We’ve sold 24 Daedong compact tractors and 8 McCormick models despite the current drought,” said Brian Naismith. “People love the low running costs and there’s ample power with these innovative models to do whatever you have in mind.” The Daedong range from South Korea is perfect for graziers wanting forks on front and a trencher behind. The famous McCormick tractors are more for heavy planting and agricultural field work he said. Earthquip will accept trades of most equipment and does a full overhaul and rebuild in most cases, before remarketing the equipment for sale. |
